Europe for Citizens

The project « ImPuls Europa » was funded with the support of the European Union under the Programme "Europe for Citizens"

Applicable to the Strand 2 – Measure 2.1 "Town-Twinning”

Participation: The project involved 3081 citizens, notably 49 participants from the city of  Iwkowa (Poland), 32 participants from the city of Walincourt-Selvigny (France), 3000 participants from the city of Selm (Germany)  

Location/ Dates: The event took place in .Selm/Germany), from  17/06/2022  to  20/06/2022

Short description:
The aim of the event was to show the influence in music, history and religion in Europe and to show what we can learn to solve actual problems in nature and disintegration. How can we give impulses to each other for our future? 

The day of 17/06/2022   was dedicated to nature, especially the theme “Forest and Climate” and  “Possibility of environment protection in Selm” and the “Influence of religion and politics in Europe in former days”  

The day of 18/06/2022 was dedicated to “nature in town, f.e. protection of insects” “urban planning that helps nature” and “music as an international influencer in Europe” 

The day of 19/06/2022 was dedicated to “meeting people in the town” “working together with clubs of Selm” “Stadtfest in Selm” “ecumenic service in open air”  

The day of 20-06-2022 was dedicated to feedback about the things and people in Europe, ideas about a future development and a press conference
