A visit to the Plum Festival is something very special. Always on the third weekend in September, Iwkowa celebrates this special harvest festival.
In addition to a fair and a musical programme - already on Saturday evening - the programme also includes:
Church service, performances by the Iwkowianie and the Dete brass band, as well as stalls with regional delicacies and a tractor parade.
Of course, the beautiful surroundings of Iwkowa in the middle of the more than 700-metre-high Beskids with lush meadows, large forests and clear - starry - air are always worth seeing.
