A delegation from Selm spent a wonderful weekend in the English twin town. After four years, they finally visited their friends again. The occasion was the coronation of King Charles III. Together with the hosts from Workington, the 20 German guests watched the festivities.
The return flight was unexpectedly cancelled and so the guests from Selm had to spend another night on English soil. Many used the day to get to know the city of Newcastle better.
